3 1/2 oz  fresh shiitake mushrooms
2 tsp  sesame oil
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 tsp  chili paste
2 each  medium garlic cloves
8 oz  fresh mushrooms
6 oz  fresh portobello mushroom
1 tbsp  hoisin sauce
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp  molasses
  1. Cut off stems from mushrooms; chop caps and reserve.
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Saute ginger, chili paste, and garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Mix in all mushrooms and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and molasses and simmer 1 minute or until sauce becomes thick.
