Ingredients Directions
  1. Season chicken with mixed paprika and black pepper.
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Cook chicken 4 minutes in pan.
  3. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Flip chicken.
  4. Mix olives and tomatoes into pan with chicken and let boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Take chicken out of pan. Raise heat to medium high and cook 2 minutes, mixing often.
  6. When ready to serve, spoon sauce over chicken and top with prosciutto and parsley.
