1 cup  fat free unsalted beef broth
2 tbsp  fat free milk
2 tsp  white all purpose flour
2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  salt substitute
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
8 each  boneless pork chops
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. Whisk together 1/4 cup broth, milk, flour, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Season one side of pork chops with paprika and thyme.
  3. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium-high heat. Lay half of pork in pan and cook 1 1/2 minutes per side or until pork is fully cooked.
  4. Remove pork from pan and continue cooking the rest of the pork.
  5. Lower heat to medium and cook onion 4 minutes.
  6. Pour in 3/4 cup broth and let boil. Cook 2 minutes.
  7. Whisk in milk mixture.
  8. Place pork in pan, coat with sauce and cook 1 minute. Top with parsley.
