1 lb  top sirloin steak
0.3333 cup  brown sugar
0.3333 cup  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water 20 minutes.
  2. Cut sirloin crosswise into thin strips.
  3. In medium bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger. Add meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium.
  5. Thread 2 strips of meat on each damp 4" wooden skewer. Discard marinade.
  6. Coat grill racks with cooking spray. Cook steak 2 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness.
