1 tbsp  grapeseed oil
1 each  medium red bell peppers
10 oz  fresh spinach leaves
1 1/2 lb  raw medium shrimp
0 1/4 cup  Wine, sake/saki, Japanese
2 tbsp  oyster sauce
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  light honey
1 tsp  chili paste
  1. In large skillet, over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon oil. When oil is hot, add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Return pan to burner, add remaining 2 teaspoons oil to pan and adjust heat to medium-high. Add pepper strips and cook 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook another 2 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, whisk sake, oyster sauce, garlic, honey, and chili paste. Pour over shrimp and peppers. Cook until shrimp is opaque, about another 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off heat, stir in spinach. Serve.
