3 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  dried marjoram
1 1/2 lb  large scallops
2 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 cup  white wine
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 pinch  chopped parsley
  1. Add flour, salt, marjoram, and scallops to a resealable plastic bag, shake to coat.
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Sear scallops 3 minutes per side. Take out of pan and set aside in a warm place.
  3. Pour wine and vinegar into pan and cook 3 minutes or until it begins to become thick, stir with a whisk continually while cooking.
  4. Add in scallops and coat with sauce. Take off of heat and top with parsley sprigs.
