1 1/2 cup  Pasta, spiral, enriched, cooked
1 cup  fresh shredded cabbage
1 each  medium tomatoes
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  ground tarragon
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Mix cooked pasta, cabbage, tomatoes, bell peppers, and celery in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, tarragon, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
  3. Mix together all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
