2 cup  fresh chopped spinach
2 each  fresh carrots
1 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 cup  fresh red cabbage, chopped
2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
2 cup  Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, shredded
1 each  large yellow bell pepppers
1 each  fresh tomatoes
1 cup  Fresh green beans
1 cup  chopped parsley
10 oz  red kidney beans, canned and drained
1 each  red onion
3 each  large hard-boiled eggs
Garlic Dressing

0 3/4 cup  mayonnaise
0 3/4 cup  sour cream
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  dried basil
1 tsp  ground oregano
0 3/4 tsp  ground tarragon
  1. Salad
  2. In glass bowl, layer all ingredients, except dressing ingredients and eggs. Drizzle with dressing and top with eggs.
  3. Make dressing below. Just before serving drizzle with dressing and top with eggs.
  4. Present salad, then toss.
  5. Garlic Dressing
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and herbs until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
