1 tbsp  sesame seeds
1 lb  Broccoli, stalk, medium, fresh
4 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Lightly toast sesame seeds in a small nonstick pan over medium high heat. Stir often for 2-3 minutes; set aside.
  2. Boil or steam broccoli until tender, drain. Place cooked broccoli in a serving bowl and add all of the ingredients including the toasted seeds. Toss well to coat and serve.
