1 each  cantaloupe
1 cup  Cheese, ricotta, fat free
0 1/4 cup  orange juice
1 each  medium bananas
2 each  Kiwi, fresh, medium, FDA
0 1/2 cup  Blueberries, fresh
  1. Peel cantaloupe, cut in half, and remove seeds.
  2. Divide slices among four plates.
  3. Stir together ricotta and orange juice in a small bowl.
  4. Stir in bananas.
  5. Divide up the ricotta mixture and mound on top of the cantaloupe.
  6. Arrange kiwi slices around the sides of each plate.
  7. Place 4 blueberries on top of each ricotta mound.
