4 piece  fresh romaine leaves
1 each  fresh mango
4 oz  cooked shrimp
4 oz  cooked crab
2 each  medium celery stalks
1 each  fresh green onions
1 each  medium cucumber
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
1 each  medium limes
  1. Peel and chop mango. Chop celery and green onion. Peel and cut cucumber into 1/2" slices.
  2. Arrange spinach or lettuce on four plates.
  3. Arrange 1/4 of mango onto each plate.
  4. In small bowl, combine shrimp and crab.
  5. Mound the shrimp-crab mixture on top mango.
  6. Top each with divided celery and green onion.
  7. Arrange cucumber slices and tomatoes along sides of lettuce.
  8. Slice limes into wedges and arrange on plate.
