2 tbsp  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1/2 tsp  sugar
1/2 tsp  dry mustard
1/4 tsp  celery seeds
.125 tsp  onion flakes
1/2 tsp  salt
10 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
2 cups  shredded carrots
1 each  medium oranges
  1. In 1-quart saucepan, whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, celery seed, onion, and salt.
  2. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat immediately.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Peel orange. Separate into sections. Cut sections in half.
  5. In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and orange.
  6. Add dressing and toss until well mixed.
