1 oz  fresh cilantro
1 each  large garlic cloves
1 tsp  coriander seeds
3 each  whole jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Grind fine. If it seems dry and not spreadable, add a few drops of water while blending. Keep refrigerated.
