Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large soup pot, heat the oil over medium heat and saute the peppers, onion, and garlic until tender.
  2. Add the cumin, paprika, and chili powder and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, beans, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the vinegar just before serving. Garnish with cilantro or parsley if desired.
