1 cup  tahini
1 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  fresh lemon juice
4 each  medium garlic cloves
3 each  parsley sprigs
3 pinch  fresh dill weed
1 pinch  salt
  1. Using a food processor, mix the tehina, garlic, parsley, and dill.
  2. Add the lemon juice while mixing. With the machine running, add the water.
  3. Process for 1-2 minutes, until well combined. Add more water, if desired.
