6 tbsp  light mayonnaise
4 tbsp  unsweetened ketchup
0 1/4 tbsp  tabasco sauce
4 tbsp  vinegar
4 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Using a fork or a wire whisk, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Tabasco sauce. Add the vinegar and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Season with the garlic and sugar substitute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Store refrigerated in a container.
