2 tbsp  margarine
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
6 each  ears of corn
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  fresh cilantro
  1. Heat margarine in a pot and mix in chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and cayenne.
  2. Coat corn with margarine mixture and season with salt and cilantro.
