Blend egg, egg white, sugar, and oil with electric beaters until fully blended. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly beat dry ingredients into wet ingredients until fully blended. Mix in granola and cranberries.
Spoon mixture in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fully set. Let cool on a wire rack before slicing. Slice into 24 squares.
