0 3/4 cup  orange juice
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
0.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
48 oz  salmon fillet
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
2 each  fresh green onions
  1. Whisk together orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a pot and let boil. Cook 8 minutes or until sauce becomes thick. Take out ginger with a slotted spoon and throw away.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Mix flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Cover salmon in mixture.
  4. Pour oil in a frying pan heat over medium-high heat. Place salmon, 2 at a time, in oil and cook 4 minutes, on one side. Coat both sides of fish with orange sauce. Lay salmon seared side up on a foil covered, cooking spray coated baking sheet.
  5. Roast salmon 4 minutes or until fully cooked. Top with green onions.
