1 oz  pine nuts
2 each  large garlic cloves
2 cup  fresh chopped spinach
2 cup  chopped parsley
0 3/4 cup  fresh sage
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  salt
3 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
  1. Using a food processor or blender, pulse pine nuts and garlic,until chopped.
  2. Blend in spinach, parsley, sage, cheese, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Slowly drizzle in oil and blend until fully combined. Chill until ready to serve.
