A spread of chopped pecans, cream cheese, and pineapple.

2 cup  Cream Cheese, light, classic 1.0
1 cup  crushed pineapple, canned with juice 1.0
1 cup  chopped pecans 0.25
0 1/4 cup  chopped green bell peppers 2.0
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion 1.0
1 tbsp  salt free seasoning

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and light.
2. Add pineapple, pecans, green pepper, onion, and salt and mix thoroughly.
3. Spoon into a serving bowl, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
