Spinach Salad

1 each  fresh spinach, 10 oz. package
1 each  medium oranges
1 cup  fresh sliced strawberries
1 each  Papaya, fresh
2 each  medium kiwi, peeled
2 each  Eggs, hard boiled, small
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

1 cup  fresh sliced strawberries
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
2 tsp  sugar
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In a bowl, toss together the spinach, orange segments, strawberry slices, papaya, kiwi, and egg slices.
  2. Place evenly on four plates.
  3. Combine the dressing ingredients in a food processor and whirl until smooth. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
