Ingredients Directions - Mix together brown sugar, wine, soy sauce, butter, and lemon juice in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes or until boiling. Stir and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
- Wash and dry salmon and place, flesh side down in brown sugar mixture. Wrap with plastic wrap and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
- Preheat grill.
- Take salmon out of marinade and let drain, save marinade. Place fish, flesh side up on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Cut foil to form the outline of the fish.
- Move fish on foil to a grill rack. Lower lid on grill and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until fish is flaky. Move fish to a serving platter.
- Place marinade back in microwave oven and heat 1 to 2 minutes, stir and serve with fish.
