Ingredients Directions
  1. Melt the butter in a soup pot over low heat. Add the onion and celery and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, until onion looks translucent.
  2. Add the potatoes, chicken stock, and nutmeg. Cover and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Combine the flour and the milk in a small bowl; whisk until smooth. Add to the potatoes and stir constantly until thickened.
  4. Stir in the corn and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
