15 1/2 oz  canned salmon
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  horseradish
8 oz  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
1 tbsp  dried dill weed
4 each  fresh green onions
1 pinch  chopped parsley
  1. Drain salmon and flake with a fork into a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to garnish.
