1 lb  boneless pork chops
1 1/2 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  sliced white onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0.6667 cup  Broth, chicken, low sodium, canned
2 tsp  Mustard, country dijon
  1. Cut off excess fat from pork. Rub Worcestershire sauce over pork and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix onion and garlic in a baking dish. Wrap with wax paper, and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix flour and thyme into onion mixture and gradually whisk in broth and mustard, until blended.
  4. Lay pork on top of onion mixture, spoke-fashion, with ends pointing toward center of dish.
  5. Wrap and microwave on high 7 minutes, rearranging pork and stirring the onion mixture every 3 minutes. Let rest, covered, 5 minutes.
