2 1/2 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
1 each  cooking spray
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  honey
1 tsp  fresh rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 oz  fresh thyme
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut off excess fat from pork.
  3. Lay pork on a cooking spray coated baking sheet.
  4. Whisk together mustard, honey, rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Coat pork with mixture.
  5. Bake pork 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads at least 160 degrees F.
  6. Brush mustard mixture over pork while cooking. Top with thyme before serving.
