15 1/2 oz  canned salmon
1 cup  Cereal, Corn Flakes
2 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  lowfat milk
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  margarine
  1. Use a fork or clean fingers to flake salmon until very fine and place in a small bowl.
  2. Crumble cereal or crackers into crumbs.
  3. Add eggs, milk, pepper, and cereal crumbs to salmon, mix thoroughly. Shape into 9 patties.
  4. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully brown both sides until patty is thoroughly cooked.
