2 tbsp  fresh rosemary
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 lb  boneless pork loin
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 475° F.
  2. Coat baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Mix rosemary and garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Using knife, cut several 1/2 inch deep pockets into top of tenderloin. Stuff 1/2 of rosemary and garlic mixture into pockets.
  5. Massage remaining rosemary and garlic mixture onto surface of pork. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place pork in baking dish.
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160°F.
  8. Let tenderloin rest 5 minutes before slicing.
