Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove any excess fat from pork chops.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a resealabe plastic bag. Place pork chops in bag and shake to fully coat.
  3. Take chops out of bag and pour the extra flour mixture into a bowl.
  4. Slowly whisk 1/2 cup milk into the flour.
  5. Heat margarine in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Place chops in pan and cook 3 minutes per side.
  6. Pour 1/2 of the milk mixture over chops, place lid on pan, lower heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Flip chops, pour in the rest of the milk, place lid back on and cook another 30 minutes.
  8. Take lid off pan and cook chops another 15 minutes or until sauce becomes very thick.
  9. Serve sauce over top of chops.
