Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut off any excess fat from the flank steak. Slice the steak into thin strips (about ½-inch wide).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the beef consomme, red wine, soy sauce, lime juice, honey and garlic.
  3. Add the flank steak strips and marinate for several hours or overnight if time permits.
  4. When ready to serve, thread the streak strips onto wooden skewers and grill for 5-10 minutes.
