0.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  whole wheat flour
0 1/4 cup  grated romano cheese
0 3/4 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
5 tbsp  cold water
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together all-purpose and wheat flour, Romano cheese, baking powder, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk in water and oil and continue mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Flip dough onto a floured surface and knead 4 to 5 times.
  5. Split dough into 18 even pieces and form each piece into an 8-inch long stick.
  6. Arrange sticks on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack.
