Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cranberries, sugar and orange rind.
Flatten out each biscuit into a circle about 3-inches in diameter. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the biscuits. Pull up two sides of the biscuit dough and pinch at the top to seal.
Pour half the melted margarine evenly into a 5-cup ring mold and sprinkle the other half with brown sugar and pecans. Pour the remaining margarine over the first layer of biscuits, sprinkle with sugar and pecans and top with remaining biscuits.
