1 tbsp  vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tsp  ground oregano
1 tsp  ground thyme
0 3/4 lb  cooked shrimp
1 each  head Boston lettuce
1 each  medium bell peppers
  1. In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic, cayenne, oregano, and thyme. Add shrimp and red pepper and toss well.
  2. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place on 2 plates. Spoon shrimp salad over lettuce.
