24 oz  red snapper
1 each  cooking spray
16 oz  parsley sprigs
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  clam juice
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 3/4 tsp  salt
3 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lay snapper on a cooking spray coated baking sheet.
  3. Using a blender or food processor, puree parsley, onion, clam and lime juice, salt, and garlic until smooth. Spoon sauce over fish.
  4. Bake 18 minutes or until fish is flaky. Serve extra sauce overtop fish.
