0.3333 cup  orange juice
4 tbsp  canola oil
1 cup  medium oranges
3 tbsp  rice vinegar
3 tbsp  light soy sauce
1 tbsp  minced garlic
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  sesame oil
2 lb  chicken thighs
1 pinch  fresh cilantro
  1. Note: This recipe requires 1-3 hours marination.
  2. In small mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag, add marinade mixture to bag. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
  4. Turn bag occasionally to evenly coat chicken.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high. Coat grill rack with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Remove chicken from bag and place on grill. Close lid.
  7. Cook 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear when pierced with fork.
  8. Top with orange slices and cilantro. Serve.
