Ingredients Directions - Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package.
- Season one side of the pork with pepper, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add in the pork, season side down, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the pork and set aside.
- Spray the skillet with cooking spray and cook the onions for 4 minutes, stir ring often.
- Mix in the gravy, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon thyme.
- Add the pork, season side down, and bring to a boil.
- Decrease the heat, cover, and let simmer for 18 minutes.
- Set the noodles on a plate, put the pork on top, and pour the gravy over all.
