Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook the rice in accordance with the directions on the package.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook the beef for 5 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add in the tomatoes, cumin, and taco seasoning mix and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and let simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the rice in a bowl and top with the beef mixture and the onions. Serve with the cheddar cheese and sour cream.
