0 1/4 cup  fresh blackberries
0 1/4 cup  fresh strawberries
0.125 cup  red grapes
2 each  fresh apricots
1 each  plums
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/2 oz  fresh mint
1 1/2 cup  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
  1. Mix the fruit, lemon juice, sugar substitute, and mint in a bowl. Toss to mix.
  2. In a tall glass, alternate spoonfuls of fruit mixture and yogurt ending with fruit on top.
