Mash the potatoes with the tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix in the salmon with 3 tablespoons bread crumbs with the salt and pepper.
Using your hands, take about 1/2 cup of the mixture and shape into a flat patty. Using the cookie cutters, cut out the moon and star shapes. Coat with the bread crumbs and brush with a bit of olive oil.
Place the shapes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until slightly golden.
