Ingredients Directions
  1. Whisk the egg substitute and water together in a flat dish. Let each bread slice soak in the mixture on each side.
  2. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook the bread slices for approximately 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  3. Melt the margarine in a nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil the peaches, water, and cinnamon. Boil for 2 minutes or until it becomes a syrupy texture. Mix in the Splenda. Set aside and keep warm.
  4. Divide the toast onto two plates and top with the peaches and syrup.
