1 lb  ground turkey
1 each  medium onions
5 each  small carrots, fresh, 5 1/2" long
2 each  medium zucchini
2 each  medium potatoes
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
10 1/2 oz  Tomato Sauce, Spanish style, 303 can
1 tsp  cornstarch
  1. Brown ground turkey in a non-stick frying pan. Add onions, carrots, squash, potatoes, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  2. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce and just enough water to cover.
  4. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in about 1 Tablespoon of cold water, add to mixture.
  6. Bring to a boil until gravy thickens. Serve.
