2 quart  cold water
1 lb  Sprouts, mung bean, mature, fresh
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 tbsp  distilled white vinegar
2 tbsp  sesame oil
1 tbsp  sugar
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. In medium pan, boil 2 quarts of water.
  2. Add sprouts and salt to pan. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until sprouts are tender-crisp.
  3. Strain and transfer to serving bowl.
  4. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing on top of sprouts. Toss well
  6. Just before serving, top with sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
