0 1/2 cup  orange juice
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
2 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Whisk together orange juice, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and chili flakes. Pour mixture into a resealable plastic bag and add chicken. Seal bag and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Move chicken from bag to a cooking spray coated 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Take foil off and bake another 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
