12 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
1 tbsp  shallots, chopped
1 tbsp  crushed garlic
0 1/2 oz  fresh basil leaves
2 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 cup  orzo pasta
1 tbsp  fat free cream cheese
  1. For about 6 minutes, in a lightly greased medium skillet, saute chopped mushroom stems, shallot, garlic, and herbs until tender.
  2. Next stir in the orzo and cream cheese.
  3. In a 13x9-inch baking pan, spoon fill the mushroom caps and then cover with aluminum foil.
  4. At 350 degrees F, bake for about 15 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Serve warm.
