15 oz  small potatoes
2 tbsp  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp  fresh rosemary
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Cover potatoes with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 12 minutes before draining.
  3. Combine yogurt, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, and potatoes in a medium mixing bowl and toss.
