1 each  cooking spray
20 oz  Peaches, canned, with light syrup, slices
2 each  medium apples
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
15 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  packed brown sugar
3 tbsp  margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Combine peaches, apples, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Toss well and spread evenly in prepared casserole dish.
  4. Combine flour and sugar in small bowl.
  5. Cut margarine into flour mixture with two knives until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
  6. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over fruit.
  7. Bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
