0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tsp  ground rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
24 oz  whole chicken breast, raw
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Mix together the lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, and pepper.
  3. Loosen skin of the chicken and rub half of the lemon mixture under the skin.
  4. Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken skin side up on rack.
  5. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
  6. Remove skin from chicken breasts and place one chicken breast on each of 4 plates.
  7. Drizzle each with an equal amount of the remainder of the lemon mixture.
