15 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  Baking Powder, double acting
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  thyme, leaves, ground
0 1/4 tsp  marjoram, leaves, ground
0.125 tsp  ground sage leaves
0 1/2 cup  low fat buttermilk
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram, and sage in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in buttermilk and oil.
  4. Transfer dough to a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Pat into a 7-inch circle about 1/2-inch thick and bake for 15-20 minutes.
