0 1/2 cup  Rice, long grain, FastCook, dry
2 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/4 cup  sliced white onion
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Boil 2-3 quarts of water in a large pot.
  2. Add rice and boil uncovered for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the rice into a colander.
  4. After adding the oil to wok and heated to smoking, add onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add rice and stir-fry for 3 minutes
  6. Add salt and pepper for desired flavor.
